Principle of operation:
Employs the auto-balance bridge measurement technique using vector voltage – to – current ratio method

Capability:
Facilitates accurate measurement of inductance, capacitance, resistance and dissipation factor / loss factor of samples as well as the variations in these parameters with frequency.

Permits measurements over a wide frequency range from 5 Hz to 13 MHz.

Offers provision for temperature variation studies in the range -60oC to 120oC through adequate interface with a hot and cold chamber.
